Slides & Video: Lent — Feb 2021

Thank you ladies for celebrating another wonderful meeting with us. Thank you for putting my cat cutting the camera and the late update due to our snowpocalypse cutting my power.

This month we talked about our lent journey and learned some fun facts. The meditation is at the end of the video (warning not great resolution)

Please use any or all of the resources from our meeting.

Zoom recording of our Wednesday Meeting.

Until we see each other again, I wish you love, blessings, and health for you and all you hold dear.

Slides & Script: Rededication as a Spiritual Woman of God — Jan 2021

Happy New Year! We hope that all of you are well and looking forward to a great 2021.

As every New Year comes around, it is very common for us to make New Year resolutions. This month we look into making a Spiritual New Year’s resolution.

How do we rededicate our lives to God as Women of Faith and have a spiritual renewal?

Until we see each other again, I wish you love, blessings, and health for you and all you hold dear.

Slides: St Teresa of Avila — October 2020

Feast Day: Oct 15th

Thank you ladies for celebrating another wonderful meeting with us. This month we talked about St Teresa of Avila. I encourage you all to dive deeper into mental prayers, her books, and her life. She started a good catholic girl, turned into a rebellious nun, and changed our knowledge of prayer forever. She is my new #WCW.
The slides have resources to learn more about what we talked about today as well as links to e-books and audiobooks (free).

Until we see each other again, I wish you love, blessings, and health for you and all you hold dear.

Ladies join us as we JUMP-START our summer and DIVE into the book of Matthew.

Women of Faith are invited to join the Mission Concepción Summer Bible study with Associate Professor of Theology Oswald John Nira. Join engaging discussions on the Gospel of Matthew every Wednesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm via Zoom. Weekly study materials are sent through Google Classroom. There is no cost for this summer’s Bible study sessions.

Please note, our meetings for June and July will be deferred so everyone can enjoy this adult version Vacation Bible School. Our regular meetings will resume on August 12, 2020.

The bible study starts on June 3rd, please email John (ojnira@gmail.com) TODAY to join and let him know you want to join “Mission Concepcion’s Summer Bible Study”.

Slides: Our Lady of Fatima — May 2020

Thank you ladies for celebrating another wonderful meeting with us. It was a delight to talk and share with all of you. This month we talked about our lady of the Rosary/Fatima. I encourage you all to dive deeper into the prayers, the secrets, and the miracles. Especially the secrets. It’s better than any reality TV show.
The slides have resources to learn more about what we talked about today as well as additional meditations on the rosary. I for one was intrigued about the 3 days of darkness. The prophesy was introduced to us by Candie’s mom, and maybe one day we can convince her to tell us more about it.

Until we see each other again, I wish you love, blessings, and health for you and all you hold dear.
